Website Support

If you are experiencing problems with your website or need support in managing or updating it, please contact our customer care team for support. Any repairs to errors in the original site development will be carried out at no charge, as will any support work provided under our Website Helpdesk support package.

If you have not chosen a Website Helpdesk package, support for updating or maintaing your website will be subject to a charge at our hourly support rates.

Hosting Support

If you are experiencing problems with your domain, web or email hosting, please contact our customer care team for support. There is no charge for such technical support, though support relating to normal management of your domain, including setting up and managing email accounts and any other services accessible through the domain control panel, will be subject to a charge at our hourly support rates.

Quality of Service

It is our desire to provide you at all times with a high quality of service to meet your needs. If at any time you believe that our service could be improved, or you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please raise the matter immediately with our customer care team. If for any reason you remain dissatisfied there are company procedures in place to deal with your grievance.
